Q-Mail - The Future of 'E-Mail' is HERE!

Q-Mail is a completely decentralized and encrypted 'E-Mail like' messaging system leveraging the power of QDN for long-lasting messages with attachments, and no limits on length of text!

There have been MANY requests by Qortal users for 'E-Mail replacements', and that day has finally come!

The only 'requirements' for Q-Mail use, are having a Qortal Node, and a Qortal Registered Name. Once you have those two things, the power of Q-Mail is awaiting your command! Send messages with attachments of up to 25MB *(note - attachment limit is set low for initial releases, and will increase over time, and as further improvements are made.), completely encrypted with NO MIDDLEMAN of any kind! Welcome to the future of SECURE digital mail. Welcome to Q-Mail!

Your Totally Secure Messaging System

Q-Mail

With Q-Mail you can rest assured that your messages will not only be SECURE, but will last as long as at least one node that has opened a message, follows your name, or is setup as a 'data supernode' is on QDN. The ephemeral nature of Q-Chat is now a feature instead of an issue.

Q-Mail 'Threads'

Private-Group-Based 'Message Boards' on Q-Mail.

Q-Mail now has not only the 'alias' (anonymous messaging) system, but it also has 'threads'. You can think of threads as a decentralized encrypted private 'message board' within your private Qortal groups.

With Q-Mail Threads Qortal private groups gain a whole new level of functionality, allowing encrypted 'message board' like messages to take place. Simply create a private group, and that group will show up in Q-Mail. Click the group from within Q-Mail, and you'll have access to that group's threads.

With Q-Mail threads you can now have a completely productive working environment, with Q-Chat on the right, and threads on the left, keeping track and communicating with your group completely securely.

Q-Mail

Alias System
Fully Anonymous
Q-Mail Messages

With Q-Mail 'alias' system, even pulling data from the API cannot allow anyone to determine who is messaging whom.

Using aliases makes it so Q-Mail messages cannot be traced from name-to-name. Simply create an alias, tell the friend you're messaging what alias you chose, and they add the alias to their inbox.

Once the alias has been added to the inbox, all messages sent with that alias will show up for the receiver, it's that simple!
