Qortal Development + Q-Apps Initiatives Fund

This initiatives fund is geared towards community development initiatives, and Q-Apps development focused on assisting Qortal awareness and recognition. Development to assist Qortal will be determined by the community upon submitted proposals from would-be developers, and paid in QORT for the efforts.
