Experiences
Experience in the IT field has come mainly from personal, nearly 30 years of practical computer use and vocational education in IT (Tallinn Polytechnic, Junior IT specialist in the specialty "Computers and Computer Networks"). Many skills have come from working as a Service Desk Expert at a well-known IT company Fujitsu, helping customers mainly with Microsoft products (Windows, Office, OneDrive,...) and other types of software problem solving. As there are clients from Estonia and abroad, the work has been diverse, brought new experiences daily and has taken place in several languages (Estonian, English, Finnish).
My experience in the field of audio and video has come mainly from self-study and years of practice in the Tre.ee music studio, where I used to be a music producer. My work included recording singers (voices), audio post-processing, creating original music, producing radio advertising clips, cutting videos of various kinds (including TV commercials, event videos, music videos). In addition, I have worked in two radio stations as a show host, plus edited radio programs/podcasts.
I use Linux Mint and Windows operating systems on a daily basis at an advanced level. I have knowledge and experience in installing operating systems, repairing laptops, restoring files, hard disk replacing/cloning, various programs (web browsers, office software, cloud services, e-mail, antivirus, malware removal, photo editing program GIMP, video editing program KDENlive, various audio editing programs, etc.).
